- BS/BA degree in Special Education, MS/MA preferred
- Valid NJ Instructional Certification in Special Education
- 3 to 5 years experience teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Highly effective teaching methods and classroom management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience in digital curricula
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status
