- BS/BA degree in Biology or Chemistry, MS/MA preferred
- Valid NJ Instructional Certificate with subject matter endorsement or eligibility
- 3 to 5 years teaching experience (preferred)
- Highly effective teaching methods and classroom management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience with digital curricula
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal alien status
