- NJ Administrative Certification
- Principal or Curriculum Supervisor (preferred)
- Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred)
- 5+ years teaching experience
- 3+ years curriculum leadership experience
- Grant writing experience (Title I, Title II, etc..)
- Experience with IB programs
- Track record of improving student achievement
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Data analysis and assessment expertise
- Exemplar professional record (e.g., no disciplinary notes or dismissals)
