An informational webinar will be held Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, for local educational agencies that want to learn how to apply for a PSEG Foundation grant supporting the Sustainable Jersey Grants Program.
The webinar will be held from 3 p.m. to 4. p.m. and will review the application process, provide tips on crafting a successful grant proposal and demonstrate how to use the online application portal.
With its latest $100,000 contribution to support the program, the PSEG Foundation has provided $3.1 million in funding to support local sustainability initiatives in municipalities and schools across the state.
The funding cycle will award four $10,000 project grants and thirty $2,000 project or green team support grants.
To be eligible for a grant in this cycle, the following requirements must be met:
- The applicant must be a New Jersey public school or district.
- The applicant must be registered or certified in the Sustainable Jersey for Schools program and have an appointed school or district green team.
