The New Jersey School Boards Association’s Spring School Law Forum is returning June 13, 2023.
Practicing school board attorneys will share research and their own experiences in addressing the latest court decisions, administrative rulings, statutes and codes that affect public education and school district governance.
Organized by NJSBA and AMPSA members, the 2023 Spring School Law Forum will feature numerous presentations, including:
- Annual Case Law & Legislative Update by NJSBA Staff.
- Attorney Ethics.
The Spring School Law Forum will be held at the FEA Conference Center in Monroe from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The member fee is $299, and the non-member fee is $598. This program offers three Board Member Academy credits and 7.2 Continuing Legal Education credits.
