Proposed Readoption of N.J.A.C. 5:30 with Amendments and New Rules

At its Jan. 11, 2023, meeting, the Local Finance Board voted to propose the readoption of N.J.A.C. 5:30 with various amendments and new rules. New Local Finance Notice 2023-07, available here, highlights key updates and substantive changes proposed by the board.
