The New Jersey Partnership for Student Success is a statewide three-year effort focused on supporting students, families and educators with the goal of realizing academic gains, increasing graduation rates, reducing chronic absenteeism and improving student well-being and mental health.
To support this initiative, the New Jersey Department of Education developed 14 resource guides on topics specific to supporting unique student populations. Each resource document offers general information, supportive research, data insights and promising practices relevant to unique student populations. Each document can be used by educators and families to better support students. Links to the resource guides are below.
