The New Jersey School Boards Association is pleased to announce the launch of “Education Matters,” an NJSBA podcast hosted by Ray Pinney, lead director of member training and engagement at the Association.

At 1:30 p.m. on May 6, he will interview Dr. David Aderhold, superintendent of the West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District.

Districts across New Jersey are often finding it difficult to fill teaching vacancies particularly in certain fields. What are some of the causes of this situation? What are the implications? And how can we begin to address it? Together, Pinney and Aderhold will discuss this crisis affecting all school districts throughout New Jersey.
