The New Jersey School Boards Association’s annual Workshop conference is where education excellence takes center stage. Workshop 2025 will showcase several student performances, highlighting the talent of New Jersey public school students.
NJSBA is looking for students to sing, dance, and perform music to energize the audience and, in some instances, kick off special events during Workshop 2025. This year’s Workshop theme, “Your Ticket to Big Ideas and Bright Futures,” highlights our focus on encouraging students to “think big” and chase their dreams – no matter how distant they may seem.
Workshop will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center from Monday through Thursday, Oct. 20-23. Selected student groups will perform Oct. 21 or 22.
Submission Details NJSBA encourages schools to apply to perform at Workshop 2025. This could be your opportunity to shine a spotlight on your students in front of school officials from across New Jersey. Performance groups are limited to a maximum of 10 students.
All submissions will receive equal consideration. The deadline for submitting the completed Student Performance Submission Form is April 18, 2025.
Those submitting performances will be notified of the Associations’ decision by mid-May 2025. For more information, contact Samantha Matias at smatias@njsba.org.
Registration and Housing Now Open for Workshop 2025
NJSBA is offering a special early bird group rate of $2,200 for 25 team members until June 30, 2025. Regular group registration rate of $2,300 goes into effect July 1. Individual registration is $550.
Resorts Casino Hotel is the event headquarters hotel. Blocks of rooms have been secured at select Atlantic City hotels for Workshop attendees. Hotel and rate information is available here.
