The New Jersey School Boards Association will present an Equity Expo on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Conference Center at Mercer County Community College.
The Equity Expo will provide the opportunity to learn from seasoned educators about strategies and resources that districts can adopt to foster a more equitable learning environment. Promoting equity in a school district can include understanding diverse learning needs, school funding, technology and incorporating student voices.
Present an Equity Session
Make an impact by presenting at the NJSBA Equity Expo.
Present an engaging breakout session on an equity-related topic to share information and best practices. Provide insight and practical solutions and offer strategies and resources that districts can adopt. To be considered, all submissions must be received by Feb. 3, 2025.

Equity Showcase Share Your District’s Equity Initiatives
The Equity Expo will also offer an interactive lunch and an Equity Showcase, featuring an opportunity for districts to showcase their best practices and interact with conference attendees. Space is very limited. To be considered to participate in the Equity Showcase, applications must be received by Feb. 3, 2025.

NJSBA’s Equity in Education Leadership Award
The Equity in Education Leadership Award Nomination Form is your opportunity to recognize and celebrate individuals, schools, or districts that have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing equity in education. The award winners will be recognized at NJSBA’s Equity Expo on April 11, 2025, at Mercer County Community College.
All submissions must be received by Feb. 3, 2025, to be considered.
