The New Jersey Department of Education’s Office of Special Education is excited to announce its second annual Winter Learning Institute.
With a theme of “Reaching the Edges,” this year’s event will focus on strategies and initiatives that ensure equitable outcomes for all students. By improving policies, practices and procedures, the Office of Special Education seeks to empower educators, families and stakeholders to better serve every learner.
Virtual sessions will be held March 10 to March 14, focusing on topics such as strategies and supports, the least restrictive environment, attendance and discipline, quality improvement and family engagement. Sessions are geared for administrators, teachers, child study team members, families and other stakeholders.
