The New Jersey School Boards Association recently welcomed two new members to its team.
Justin Wright has joined the association as a field service representative, and Soumya Atluri has been hired as executive assistant to human resources and the deputy director.
Wright, a former children’s, youth and family pastor/director at Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, also spent 13 years at Pemberton Township Schools. He is a former member of the Westampton Township Board of Education, which he served as president and vice president. As a field service representative, he will serve Burlington and Ocean counties.
Wright will provide individualized services, programs and training to boards of education. He will regularly present at county school boards association meetings, workshops, conferences and other programs.
“I am excited to be a part of such a respected organization that provides excellent services to ensure every school board is prepared to meet any challenge that comes its way and to set a strong standard of providing a high-quality education to every child,” Wright said.
Atluri formerly worked in talent acquisition at Amelia, a global leader in enterprise AI agent software, as well as Amazon as an assistant program manager and as a technical recruiter in talent acquisition.
As executive assistant to human resources and the deputy director, she will provide coordination and support to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the daily operations for the human resources department, finance department and the deputy director.
“I’m thrilled to join the NJSBA family and be a part of such a dynamic and innovative group of people,” she said. “I look forward to contributing and collaborating with our team to make a meaningful impact in serving our members.”
