The New Jersey School Boards Association’s semiannual Delegate Assembly will convene Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024., at the Conference Center at Mercer at 1200 Old Trenton Road in West Windsor. The meeting will start at 9 a.m., with a breakfast beginning at 8 a.m.

The Delegate Assembly handbook is available online.

The Delegate Assembly is held twice a year to set policies that determine NJSBA’s position on educational issues and establish bylaws that govern its operations. Delegates, as well as nonvoting board members and guests, can register to attend on the NJSBA website. All board members are welcome and encouraged to attend, but only those designated by their board of education to serve as a voting delegate should register as such. Each board of education in the state is entitled to one voting delegate.

The agenda for the meeting includes remarks from NJSBA President Dr. Karen Cortellino as well as from NJSBA Executive Director Dr. Timothy Purnell and consideration of various resolutions.

For questions regarding registration, email the NJSBA Call Center. For questions about the Delegate Assembly, email Cindy Harrison.
