Manual of Positions and Policies on Education

colorful binders on a bookshelf

NJSBA’s Manual of Positions and Policies on Education represents the Association’s beliefs on board of education responsibilities, local school district operations, curriculum, funding, the roles of the State and Federal governments in public education, and other critical areas. Policies are adopted by the Delegate Assembly and result from resolutions submitted by local boards of education, county school boards associations or the Board of Directors, as well as from recommendations contained in the studies and reports of standing and ad hoc committees.
