“Education Matters,” a New Jersey School Boards Association podcast hosted by Ray Pinney, lead director of member training and engagement at the Association, will air a new episode on July 15 at 1:30 p.m., which will focus on the use of artificial intelligence in the classroom and as a school district.

Artificial intelligence is all around us. It is not a matter of whether we should use it in our schools, but rather knowing how to use it. In this episode, Dr. Peter Hughes, superintendent of the Cresskill School District, will explore the topic with Pinney. He will share how his district uses AI in the classroom and to conduct district business. In addition, he will discuss the policy the board of education passed surrounding AI.
